October 4th and it snowed for the first time this year. I love snow just not so soon. I haven't even gotten everything out of the garden. The tree in the back yard hasn't lost all of its leaves yet. Also, the snow was very heavy and wet and I fell walking to my car.
However, I do love snow overall. As a child I spent nearly all of my winter free time outside making forts, and snowmen to guard them. So as an adult I love to teach my children to do the same. Although I am glad that the snow will not stay I am excited for winter to come.
